One huge aspect of being a property manager is to help maintain a properties condition. The condition of a property is observed in several ways. Ingoing, outgoing and periodic. Suggestions by a property manager to have mandatory repairs done should comfort an owner and not distress them.

They should feel comforted in the sense that their property is genuinely being looked after as little things to do here and there will make a difference to the properties value so it’s not to deteriorate over time. Some owners may think that it’s unnecessary cost or the tenants being fussy but if they are obligating repairs it’s worth it in the end.
